This luxurious fruit cake is soaked in a carefully sourced single malt whisky. The Speyside single malt whisky, matured in hand-selected oak casks, is absorbed into the cake, adding an unbeatably moist and boozy richness to the classic fruit cake.  

INGREDIENTS: Vine Fruits (Raisins, Sultanas, Sunflower Oil), Flour (Wheat Flour (Gluten), Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Folic Acid, Thiamin, Raising Agents: Sodium Bicarbonate, Disodium Diphosphate), Sugar, Butter (Milk, Salt), Free Range Eggs, Single Malt Whisky (4%), Citrus Peel (Orange Peel, Glucose Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Lemon Peel, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Orange Juice, Mixed Spice, Cinnamon.
