Shipping Information

We offer free pick up at our bakery located at 25 Tennant Street, Edinburgh, EH6 5NA.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £30 to a UK address incl. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Islands.

Once your order is ready, we despatch on a next-day or 48-hour service. If your order has not been delivered within the specified timeframe, please let us know.

Order times: We make all of our shortbread to order. Normally we still turn around orders very quickly but it can take us a few days to make certain products. We will always get an order to you as quickly as possible and will send you an email to let you know when it has been dispatched. If you are in a rush for an order please let us know and we will do our best to rush it through if we can.

International orders: Unfortunately our website is not currently able to process orders to a shipping address not on the UK. If you are ordering for an address not on the UK please email info@shortbreadhouse.com and we can provide you with a shipping quote and total cost for your order.
