When will you dispatch my order?
We make all of our shortbread to order. We usually still turn around orders very quickly, but it can take us a few days to make certain products. We will always get an order to you as quickly as possible and send you an email to let you know when it has been dispatched. If you are in a rush for an order, please let us know, and we will do our best to rush it through if we can.
When will I receive my order?
All orders for Mainland UK are sent via a next-day or 48-hour service, while orders to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Scottish Islands are sent on a 3-to-5-day service. If your order has not been delivered within the specified timeframe, please let us know.
Where can I buy your products offline in the UK?
