DELIVERY
How much does the delivery cost?
We offer free delivery on all orders over £30 to a UK Mainland address. For orders under £30 we charge £6.60 for delivery to a UK Mainland address.
For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Islands, we charge £13.20 for orders under £30 and we charge £7.20 for orders over £30. We apologise for this very high charge from the couriers. We are working to find a cheaper solution.
When will you dispatch my order?
We make all of our shortbread to order. We usually still turn around orders very quickly, but it can take us a few days to make certain products. We will always get an order to you as quickly as possible and send you an email to let you know when it has been dispatched. If you are in a rush for an order, please let us know, and we will do our best to rush it through if we can.
When will I receive my order?
All orders in the UK are sent on a next day or 48-hour service. If you have not received your order within 48 hours of receiving the notification that your order has been dispatched, please let us know.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Unfortunately, our website is not currently able to process orders to a shipping address not in the UK. If you are ordering for an address not on the UK, please email info@shortbreadhouse.com, and we can provide you with a shipping quote and total cost for your order.
GIFT
Can I order shortbread as a gift?
Yes, when ordering, please add a note to your cart to let us know it is a gift. We will make sure that no prices are included when we pack your order.
OFFLINE SHOPS
Can I pick up my order at your bakery?
Yes, we offer free local pick up at our bakery. Please, order through our website and select "pickup" at the checkout. We will then email you to confirm when your order is ready for collection, usually within 2 to 4 days.
Collection available Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm (excluding holidays).
