Lovingly handmade in our Edinburgh bakery with the finest local flour and the richest butter, these lemon and ginger biscuits are a symphony of crunch, crisp, and fresh and fiery flavours.

Whether you like to dunk your biscuits or enjoy them on the side, these sweet biscuits are the perfect companion to a cup of your favourite tea (we suggest a fragrant earl grey).

INGREDIENTS: Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Folic Acid, Thiamin), Butter (21%) (Milk, Salt), Sugar, Stem Ginger (9%) (Ginger, Sugar) Vegetable Oils (Segregated Sustainable Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil), Icing Sugar, Ground Rice, Lemon Pulp (1.5%), Lemon Oil.
