Chocolate chip is a well-known crowd pleaser, and our luxury chocolate chip shortbread is no different. We fold generous pieces of dark chocolate through our classic shortbread recipe before each biscuit is cut by hand in our Edinburgh bakery. Familiar and chocolatey, it is a gift that disappears quickly once it has been opened.
