Lovingly made by hand in our Edinburgh bakery with the finest local flour and the richest butter, these sumptuous biscuits are a symphony of crunch, crisp, and fresh and fiery flavours.

Shortbread House is a family-run Bakery in the heart of Edinburgh. Our small team of skilled bakers still make shortbread and biscuits entirely by hand, using only the finest ingredients from Scotland and beyond.

INGREDIENTS: Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Folic Acid, Thiamin), Butter (21%) (Milk, Salt), Sugar, Stem Ginger (9%) (Ginger, Sugar) Vegetable Oils (Segregated Sustainable Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil), Icing Sugar, Ground Rice, Lemon Pulp (1.5%), Lemon Oil.
