Shortbread House is a family-run Bakery in the heart of Edinburgh. Our small team of skilled bakers still make shortbread and biscuits entirely by hand, using only the finest ingredients from Scotland and beyond.

Lovingly handmade in our Edinburgh bakery with fine Scottish rolled oats, heather honey and a pinch of coconut, these dangerously moreish biscuits are perfectly crisp until enjoyed with a cup of tea.

INGREDIENTS: Butter (28%) (Milk, Salt), Oats (26%), Sugar, Self-Raising Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Folic Acid, Thiamin), Cornflakes (Maize, Sugar, Barley Malt Extract, Salt), Heather Honey (5%), Coconut, Partially Inverted Refiners Syrup, Raising Agents: Sodium Bicarbonate, Disodium Diphosphate.
