Our bestselling shortbread fingers are handmade to a family recipe passed down through generations. A pinch of ground rice gives them their light, crumbly texture.

  • Handmade in Edinburgh:  Made by our small team of skilled bakers in our Edinburgh bakery. Each shortbread finger is hand-cut with a knife, using the same love and care as if it was your own kitchen.
  • Less plastic packaging: We’ve removed the plastic trays, reducing the plastic content of the packaging by around 75%.
  • Award-winning: Our original recipe shortbread biscuits were winners of 2-star Great Taste Awards in 2024 and 2023, and 1-star Great Taste Awards in 2025, 2022, 2021, and 2020.
