Each tin contains two sealed trays of ten fingers each. Shortbread House uses the traditional method of making shortbread fingers. After baking the dough in trays, they cut them into fingers by hand while still warm from the oven.
Our original recipe shortbread biscuits were winners of a 2* Great Taste Award in 2019 and 1* Great Taste Awards in 2020, 2018 and 2017.
