Aromatic fennel and chilli bring another layer to the rich cheese flavour of these savoury biscuits. The fennel comes through first, followed by a fiery kick from the chilli that compliments the Cheddar and Parmesan beneath it.

Serving Suggestions

Serve with a gin and tonic, cold beer or dry cider. The fennel and chilli also work well alongside a mild cheese and a spoonful of tomato chutney, bringing warmth to the cheeseboard without overwhelming the other flavours.
